"Look, Mama, I got a big one!" That is what I hear Sammy saying while he is carrying the tops of the trees to the curb for his Daddy. Who knew yard work could be so much fun? Also, I hear Sammy say, "Austin, you can get the smaller ones 'cause I'm bigger." To which Austin replies, "No, I'm bigger!" I just laugh to myself because I know this will be an ongoing thing for the rest of their lives- the joy of having kids so close in age! I'm just waiting for them to flex their arms and compare their muscles! LOL! Sometimes, competition can be a good thing, right? Hopefully, i can get them to apply that competitive spirit to their schoolwork.
I just love it when I see all of them working together on a project like this. Father and son time to the extreme! Gotta love it!!!
